Highlights
CryptoKnights Patch 1.7 is a two-part release.
On July 31st, general balance and game economy changes were activated.
Starting on September 7th, a new CryptoKnights app began to roll out!

Tedious task reduction
PvP matchmaking
The maximum matchmaking duration has been decreased from 20 to 15 seconds. Additionally, this waiting period has received some randomized visual flavor, the first of many such changes to come!

Loot box
You may now click-to-skip any loot box claim animation.
The first time you see this animation - it is pretty cool! The 1000th time? You want to blow your brains out...

Equipment slots
An initial maximum of 50 was very restrictive. It was too difficult to collect and keep copies of equipment for future Limit Break attempts.

Legendary cards (v2)
Last patch, Legendary cards were supposed to receive an increased discovery rate. This was not working as intended, and is now fixed.
Additionally, the purchasable Artifact of the Favored random card slots now have double the chance to provide a Legendary card.

Limit Breaking
Limit Break odds are now increased across the board. Using Rare or Epic equipment is now more likely than not to produce a successful perk.

PvP / PvAI
PvP and PvAI losses will now result in reduced EXP loss.
PvP AI Bots will now have more deck and strategic diversity.
High PvP rating AI Bots pack a serious punch!
Balance
The new CryptoKnights app release allows us, for the first time, to improve and repair various abilities, which had animations that did not match the respective hitbox. Historically, many LS cards, and cards like GW Homerun Swing, had a difficult time reaching their target.
As a continued trend, more support cards have become easier to use.
Curse attacks do less damage up front, but more damage over time.
Unstoppable cards, having become a key part of the late-game meta, have mostly been hit with Stamina cost increases.
These changes should open the door for players to explore new strategies and tactics.
